Lent is a time of Renewal as we
attempt to model in our own lives the sacrifice of Christ.
One way to purify/reorient ourselves is through prayer &
giving back to those in need… generosity of spirit and practice.
We ask that you pray for those in our city
who are in need of clothing and then
actively donate articles of clothing to help that need.
Friends of Saint Brendan has again partnered with The Irish Pastoral Centre
to organize a Clothing Collection during Lent (see image below for details)
We are also looking for more volunteers to join us in passing out paper versions of the Lenten Clothing Collection flyer to the community
(as we want to get the word out and invite as many as possible to be involved).
